Do you see patients in your own rooms or clinical setting?
Gary does not have his own rooms or consulting suite outside of the Mt Wilga Private Hospital (Rehabilitation Centre) – where all clinical practice is conducted for inpatients only. His clinical support outside of Mt Wilga is provided via email or phone to assist those medical officers, nurses or allied-health professionals who are themselves directly delivering the clinical care to the patient. The purpose of this is to enhance the skill base of those health professionals who are engaging in wound care for their patients.
Do you provide clinical advice on your website?
Individualized clinical advice will be provided privately between Gary and the person or entity requesting assistance – which is obtainable through the completion of the “contact form” or via email / phone contact.
Do you provide product recommendations or endorsements?
This website does not preferentially endorse specific products, brands or companies. Gary prefers to work closely with the wound product industry as a whole. He values his impartiality and independence as a clinician and educator.

Where individuals contact Gary for private and specific clinical advice, wound care products appropriate to that consultation will be discussed.
Do you have a fee structure for your services?
Fees are charged depending on the type and duration of the service.
Education activities, clinical consultations, report writing and Master of Ceremonies services each have their own separate cost breakdowns.

Do you have exclusive agreements with any education providers?
Gary provides wound management education in collaboration with numerous organizational, professional and industry groups. Whilst confidentialities and agreements are held with each entity, Gary’s capacity to provide education or training is not held exclusively to any of these existing entities.
What is your availability for the various Wound Guy services?
Requests for clinical consultations / clinical support are usually responded to within 24 hours of the request for assistance.
All education, expert opinion (legal report writing) and Master of Ceremonies activities require a booking. These can be made via the website contact form, email or phone.
